FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This is not therapy.  This protocol is not for "understanding" your emotions. It is for feeling and metabolizing them. Metabolizing emotions is how we offload the strain on your nervous system. Just as traditional medicine focuses on the physical body, traditional therapy focuses on the mind. To heal your mind, body & spirit, we must bridge the body and the mind through emotional expression. 

How is this different from therapy?

Exactly. Confront yourself. What if it does? What would you have to let go of? What would you have to confront? What would you be responsible for? Where would you have to let go of fear? Where would you have to choose your power over your pain? Are you willing to face it all, in order to have it all?

What if this Actually works for me? 

Genuinely reflect on whether or not what you have tried thus far has worked. What do you think was missing? Reflect on whether or not you have correlated how traumatic experiences have influenced your physical body.  Have you been trying to make your symptoms go away? Or have you used them as messengers to deeper wounding that is asking to be addressed? There is part of you that knows this work is unlike anything you have tried in the past. This means the results will be unlike those in the past. Listen to that part of yourself.

How do I know if this will work for me?

You will need to commit around 2 hours a week to this protocol. The first two months of the protocol are the most intensive. Your specific protocol will be individualized to you and updated on a weekly basis. The protocol takes about 6 months, a bit shorter for some and a bit longer for others.
