Redefining Healthcare
Traditional healing methods didn’t work for us. Physical, emotional, and spiritual health cannot be separated. We discovered the missing piece that links these together: the nervous system.
Now, combining the techniques we’ve individually mastered, we’ve built the most comprehensive healing program out there. There is a solution to your chronic pain and symptoms, and it's right here.
Emily is a Mindset and Somatic Transformation Coach. She is Certified as a Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapist®, Transformational Nutrition Coach™, Mental Wellness Specialist™ and NLP Practitioner.
Emily got into this work after healing her own CPTSD, anxiety, and unprocessed trauma.
She bridges somatic therapy, psychology, neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, and other modalities- guiding others to release what no longer serves them and align with their most authentic, liberated selves.
Tori had been looking for a way to calm the mind, body, and soul.
With a physically intense day job, somatic work became a means of mental clarity and therapy to the physical body. In a goal driven, fast paced society, restorative somatic work offered her an opportunity to tap into the now. Your inner landscape is always there waiting with your truth.
This became very true and real for Tori, as she continued to practice these modalities and later became certified to teach others how to regulate the nervous system.
Alex is a qualified health coach and histamine specialist with a background in Nutrition from NAU and has a personal healing journey that transformed her life.
After battling histamine intolerance, sulfur intolerance, severe gut issues, hair loss, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, and joint pain, she found relief through diet, lifestyle changes, and ancestral nutrition.
She believes that the body is meant to heal, it just needs the right fuel.
Even though there was a diagnosis, like you "have a bulging disc, or it's pressing up against a nerve, or, you have some nerve damage"- it really didn't matter. What mattered was: address the issues, the emotions, the thought processes, the perceptions. Clear them up, calm them, appease the needs, and it really did take care of the pain. "

"Within the first couple of weeks there was minimal progress because I was [still] trying to understand the emotions and where they came from. But once we finally dove deep and I really started to get into the work and understand my deep seated, unconscious emotions and deal with them, the pain just started going away. It's life altering, life changing, there's nothing better than not being in pain."

"I tried physical therapy and some of it felt nice while it was happening, but I'd get out of there and the next day I couldn't move again. There were times I literally could not move off my bed...at this point I almost don't even think about the pain. I came to you with an 8, and now my pain is not even a 1; I'm off that chart.. to anyone who is feeling doubtful, you have to really let go of all of those years of holding onto things that were traumatic in your life."
